I have come to the realization that the tenor size is not for me, so I am offering this beautiful and hard to find Collings Koa Tenor for sale. Everything is what you would expect from Collings. Serial number 800. The condition is probably 9 out of 10 with some very light strum marks and some small finish marks on the head and top, (probably from string changes). There is also a very small and very shallow ding above the sound hole. None of these small imperfections show until you look hard for them, but I want to point them out because the instrument is not new and has been played. The Koa is not the typical tight curl type, but more of a quilted, 3 dimensional look. Very pretty and distinctive. Action is low and the fingerboard is radiused, making barring and playing easier. The ukulele comes with it's original high quality Collings hard case. If you are a tenor player, you probably know how fine this instrument is.
