Rare 40s Gretsch WMP 6.5 x 14 Catalina 8 lug snare drum in damn near MINT condition. It is all original except for new Remo heads that i played with brushes.Of course it has the infamous "Stick Chopper" rims in almost flawless condition ,Responso 12 strand snare wires and the beautiful 3 ply shell with Maple/Mahogany/Maple and Maple reinforcing rings. The drum is totally in round with no extra holes and a flat seam. The top reinforcing ring has (828) stamped on it and i have no idea what it means. The rare RED bakelite  lugs are a killer!!!Very few of these where produced in WMP.Check out the pics showing the natural yellowing of the pearl.    The Himes & Berg Enduro(Made in the USA) hard case is included in the price.                           ****************INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS MOST WELCOME**************************    There are so many watchers why no questions???????                           Shipping is $25.00 in the lower 48 states              I bought this drum Nov 23,2004 for $800.00 and i was the winning bidder out of 14 bids and ill be damned if ill sell it for less!!!!! The Case i,m including in the price i bought seperately. Never in a million years did i think it would not be worth what i paid for it!!!!!!! Are all the vintage guys dead????????????????????????????????????????????????????                                                                                        Here
