You are looking at a great old English built Besson small 4 valve compensated EEb Tuba. This is a rare Besson Leviathan Class A instrument, its nearly impossible to find these small compensated 4 valve tubas. The instrument plays fair tone which makes it a great buy for both the young and mature player because due to its size its really easy to manage/hold and although small in size it benefits from having 4 valves and being fully compensated The instrument is in a silver plate finish which is in average condition and about 95% intact, there are few small dents and dings around the instrument and some signs of repair around the 3rd slide/back upright, but there are no big dents that would effect the playability of the instrument.The instrument has a 15.5" bell and is 35" tall. All the slides and valves move freely, and it plays with a fair tone. The instrument has a soft gigbag case and is supplied with a brand new mouthpiece. These instruments were built to last and this model is no exception, complete working example ready to play straight out of the case.
