There is a joy key (dribbler) on the lead pipe. Some sloppy solder joints. no major dents, maybe little dings - this is an old horn!It has a Alexander flipper to hold left hand in place, it does not a have a pinky hook, but there is solder haze where the hook was. the case is old and well used The horn plays well for me - recorded a CD with it, that I'll include with the horn.
