You are bidding on a great antique 1900 mandolin
Nice shape, with some minor issues. The trim on the edge is pulling away slightly ( photo 9 ) and has a long crack on the bottom of the bowl where the pegs are attached, ( photo 10) and a square looking defect on the side of the bowl ( photo 11 ). The case has the piece damaged on the back end as shown (photo 2) and the straps are damaged ( last photo ) and does not clasp shut, but still very usable for its age. All 8 strings are intact and all pegs turn but it does need a good tuning. Looks to be pearl inserts on the fret board, but not sure. Also needs some cleaning. This is what it says inside on the tag.
