HORN APPEARS TO BE IN FULLY ORIGINAL AND EXCELLENT CONDITION I JUDGE AS RARELY PLAYED ! I BELIEVE IT IS AN EARLIER FULLERTON . THIS IS THE OLDS SUPER TRUMPET EVERYONE IS LOOKING FOR SO DON`T MISS ! THESE HORNS ARE SELLING AT OVER $1500 PRICES AT ONLINE STORES NOW AND ARE NOT EVEN IN ORIGINAL CONDITIONS !!!This is possibly the third Vintage Olds Super Trumpet I`m selling and 2nd I was able to find in this nice what appears to be original condition. Lacquer has been darkened by age and time and horn appears to be rarely played. Recently a couple of slides were unstuck and few smaller dings and smaller dents were taken out with one sharper dent on the bottom of the bell pipe which left a slight line below bell. There are no resolders and no repairs on the bell flare or bell bow. I sold an Olds Super Recording trumpet from an earlier era for over twice as much as buy now on this Super and his trumpet is highly desirable as well and it`s very rare in this condition. Mostly what you can see on ebay are the worn lacquer ones. This one has very nice darkened lacquer with just a little tarnishing but not much and photos show condition well. The writing on the bell edge if fully readable and visible. Everything is as great on it as possible to be and I can surely judge this horn as near mint considering age and time. I would be judging it as mint if few earlier mentioned smaller dents and dings would not happen in the past.Please excuse me very minimal surface tarnish on the lacquer from age but that assures it`s original. This horn did not see much play time either as does not really have wear but I`m not saying it`s like new because it was made many years ago. Everything is shown on photos but it surely looks better in real. All mechanical condition is perfectly fine. Valve pistons have no wear, have original serial as the trumpet and compression in great and all parts are moving fine. NO PATCHES ! PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS ! Bell stamping/engraving is fully visible and readable ! This trumpet plays very well and has it`s own original character and very pleasant timbre in it`s sound both for the player as well as the audience so DON`T MISS ! This trumpet comes with used/vintage Getzen Eterna single case with large compartments for music sheets and mutes etc..in good usable shape and will protect in shipping as horn sits in it very well. Trumpet will be additionally secured for shipping inside this case. Case has very good interior and minor exterior tears but nothing serious. Case is vintage , fully usable and can be used on a daily basis unless you wish to keep it at home. Handle is fine , Latches have no longer springs working but hold case closed. Vincent Bach 5C smaller letters vintage silver trumpet mouthpiece is included in near mint condition ready to be played. DON`T MISS THIS DEAL !
