This Takamine has to be one of the most beautiful sounding acoustics I've ever heard. I bought this acoustic-electric about a year ago for around $1,000 because I fell in love with it the minute I picked it up. I've been travelling a lot lately and haven't been able to give it much attention. I've never really been an acoustic collector, but rather electric, so I hardly play it. I've never bothered to test the electronic part of the guitar (because it's impossible to find a 9v battery around the house), but the idea of a built-in tuner was very appealing. It has always been stored in a temperature controlled room while under my ownership. I have always done my best to keep my sales honest, and I intend to do the same with this one. There is a good sized scuff on the back side of the guitar (see photos). I bought the guitar like this and haven't tried much to fix it. The pick guard has typical scuff marks on it, but they aren't very noticeable in low-light situations. A good coat of instrument polish/wax should help take care of both. I have not waxed the guitar since it came into my possession. Overall, I've been satisfied with the Takamine, but am in the market for a Rickenbacker, so I'd like to sell it and put the money toward that. This guitar comes with the original instruction manual, warranty info, factory inspection slip, and a complimentary set of strings. Will ship free (with tracking) to any of the continental 48 United States! Thanks for looking!
