Vintage York Curved Soprano Saxophone. The serial number dates this horn around 1920, the era of SWING.  A very cute and great sounding vintage soprano, silver plated with pearl keys.  This sax benefits from a recent servicing and a past of caring owners.  Pads are in good condition, airtight, in tune, and fluid playing in all registers.
It has a fixed neck, with a vintage case to fit, and also comes with around 20 different strength reeds, a neck strap, two mouthpieces (vintage stubby and unused yamaha 3C), a ligature and cleaning brush.
Belonging to the 'low tone' soprano family (a mellow and rich timbre compared to the nasal quality of some sopranos).  A rare horn to find in such good condition.   I'm having to release some of my collection, so hope this goes to a player who will cherish and play it for many years to come.
I can provide a video of this being played if desired.  Reasonable offers will be considered.***Only minor issue is missing a small plastic roller key above the low C, but can be replaced for a few pounds..
