This is a student model baritone in Bb, with four rotary valves. It is branded as Ferris, but this company was the importer, as Internet research shows. This is clearly, I believe, a Chinese or Japanese instrument. I have seen exactly this model, the same in all details, branded as the J. Michael BT-950. This can no longer be bought new, as it can't from Ferris, so only a used one is possible. This one has a very few tiny spots of lacquer tarnish, I have shown the worst on the photos. In all other respects, this has clearly had very little use indeed. I am selling this for a friend, a professional brass repair technician. He tells me that the girl who bought it new gave up playing baritone and bought a different instrument instead. You'll not find one in better condition unless you can source one new, but at a much greater outlay of money. The mouthpiece is the original one supplied, marked Virtuosi....! The case is superb, really protective and totally secure. Any trial prior to buying welcome, bring an expert. YO16 6YU, Bridlington, East Yorkshire. For the money, this is a good instrument.
