This is a 1994 Gibson F5L Master Model mandolin. This rarely played mandolin is in mint to excellent condition - very light pick strum marks on the pick guard, but no major gouges, dings, dents, etc. However, there is one caveat. The original tailpiece was starting to corrode, see second to last photo, so we replaced it with a generic part. The face plate is original and in excellent condition. The original tailpiece will be included and was professionally repaired by a fine furniture metal smith. These tail pieces are notorious for this. Purchased at Webb music in Antioch California from, "Old man Webb" himself who is no longer with us and shop has been closed for years now. He had some famous customers. No strap was ever used. New strings and professionally set up. If you have any questions please ask. Can also provide additional pictures. Includes original hard shell case.
