Vintage 1964 Pearl Drum kit
I have had these drums since they were new in 1964.White Marine Pearl Finish - 20" Kick, 12" Tom, 14" Floor Tom 14" snareHi-Hat stand and original 12"cymbals Bass-mounted cymbal stand (the original cymbal has long since disappeared) Scratches and scuffs have never been painted over, sanded or hidden.
One small piece of pearl wrap is missing from bass drum ringAll original chrome hardware
* There is some tape across two drum heads ( this is what a sixteen year old kid in '64 tried to do to get that dead thump sound ).* The snare and floor tom are the only drums that DON'T have the original heads. * These drums were bought at Claude Crocker's Music Centre in New Westminster, Canada in December of 1964. * These drums hold a lot of memories for me but now it's time to pass them on to someone who will carry on the music. Now in a condo, I no longer have space nor soundproofing to play.
** World-wide shipping is far too expensive so I will only ship to continental US and Canada.
