1925 Buescher True Tone Alto Saxophone in Satin silver with burnished gold keys. True Tones are known for their great intonation and warm rounded sound. Therefore, they're really sought after by classical, Jazz, Blues players and collectors alike. This horn has been completely disassembled, cleaned, removed old oil, dirt, grime and re-oiled. It was overhauled with all new Roo-pads, felts and cork. It is mechanically free of any defects. Key work is tight, and perfectly adjusted. The neck has no pull down, the body is straight and the bell to body brace is intact. It has all the original snaps and It plays up and down. The Trill Eb key is fully functional as intended and not corked closed. Included is also the original case, which is physically in poor condition but perfectly ok for shipping purposes. Also included is the original Buescher mouthpiece with ligature, cap, lyre, and I'm providing a brand new reed! Serial# 178xxx Please view all photos and ask any questions before bidding.
