Resonator Guitar
with Original Hardshell Case
Used - Excellent Condition About as vintage as vintage can get, and about as beautiful as vintage can get (or maintain really) is the way we feel about this great sounding 1935 National Style-O resonator.  The cover on this beauty is probably not original but very possibly from the same era.  The rest of this resonator maintains its pre-WWII charm such as the sandblasted "Hawaiian Scene" on the back of the nickel-plated brass body, set square neck, and original 3-on-a-plate open-gear tuners.  This guitar does show some wear, but very little for a guitar that is approaching 80 years of age.  This resonator is truly a gem and has been a huge eye catcher on our showroom floor, make it do the same for you the next time you're on stage!  Do not miss out on this one!   Cosmetic and Functionality Description
Body:  there are no dents or dings in the body, but a number of light scuff marks and scratches and few small spots of wear in the finish can be seen on the top, back, and sides; the resonator cover is not original, but is very possibly from the same era and still looks great on this resonatorNeck, Headstock, and Fretboard: the fretboard just has some thin cracks between the 14th and 18th frets; the fretboard binding has an aged color to it which adds to the mystique of this vintage beauty; the neck looks incredible, but there are some small spots of wear in the laquer along the edges; the headstock shows similar lacquer wear along the edges as the neck, plus there is a small ding in the middle of the back end edge of the headstockAction and Playability:  n/aFrets:  virtually flawless...they never get touched!Hardware: the tuner buttons look a bit aged which adds to the guitar's vintage charm; the tailpiece has some light scuff marks and scratches on itIncludes:  acoustic resonator guitar, bar, and original hardshell case
