Here is a beautiful original 1929 Dobro Model 25 resonator guitar built by the Dopyera brothers. This incredible guitar is completely original with the exception of a hand made bone saddle that was needed as the original wood saddle had deteriorated over time, however the original saddle pieces will be shipped with the guitar for historical sentiment. The guitar sounds amazing and the V shaped neck feels great in your hands. Action on this one is nice and low for normal guitar play yet perfect for slide play if desired as well. The guitar is completely free of any structural issues with no cracks or splits but is missing a small section of binding on the bottom rear side of the body as well as a tiny section on each side of the top of the body by the fret board extension. We do not have the original case but are happy to purchase and ship the instrument in a non original hard case for a small fee to cover the cost of the case.
