Ok so the house is on fire and the kids are safe and the wife got out and she got all the family photo albums and you got a few minutes to..... SAVE THE GUITAR!Thin The Herd's Torched Ash ST.Get ready for some heads to be turned. Flame kissed ash body. (guitar weighs in at 8 lbs 7 oz). Finished in 3 coats of Tru-Oil for a beautiful semi-gloss finish. Loaded with a black guard that has also been heat-treated. (Not to the point of warping, just enough to knock off the shine). Torched volume/tone knobs, switch tip and pickup covers. Pickups are GFS ceramic single coils at a matched 6.5k. Upgraded Fender style half moon switch and full sized 250k pots. Bridge-tone mod: Lower tone knob controls bridge pup, middle tone controls neck only. (aka Eric Johnson mod).Two-tone Wilkinson WVS 50 IIK Strat floating tremolo setup. Push in tremolo arm.Maple on maple neck with a hint of flaming. (new - not torched or relic'ed). 10" radius, C profile. Bone nut. Locking tuners. Modern gloss finish.Body is routed as HSH if you ever decide to change pickup configuration.Includes hard case.
Guitar has gone through our Total Setup program! Fresh set of D'Addario 10-46's. We've upgraded the electronics, switch and added a bone nut. Clean/de-burr and polish frets, check electronics, adjust neck relief, adjust saddles, intonate bridge and check/adjust nut for proper string height. Ready to go right out of the box!
