2008 Yngwie Malmsteen Stratocaster Very little use Feather weight 7lb 9oz Flawless MINT Condition No nicks, scratches or splits Neck joint fit is absolutely perfect YJM Fury Seymour Duncan Pickups installed STK-S10N Neck & Middle and STK-S10B Bridge Back plate removed but included loose with screws Original case candy included: Hang tags with matching serial number of course, Manual, Fender Cord, Allen Wrenches for Nut and Saddle height adjustment and Tremolo Bar NO CASE included Neck will be separated from the body and both will be very well protected with a plenty of bubble wrap. The neck and body will be placed inside a large 36”x24”x12” box that will have additional protection inside. The additional internal protection will keep them away from the box sides and center them inside the box. NOTE: After sale is complete, pictures will be taken of the separated body neck joint and neck butt end. The images will be sent to the buyer as proof of their condition before delivery. It is important to understand the extreme care that is required to reinstall the neck to the body in order to prevent paint chipping around the joint area. I do not want blame for damage after the sale from lack of this knowledge. It is not difficult, but care must be taken. The neck must be mated slowly and square to the pocket and then held firmly in place with one hand once it is in the home position. Do not let go of the neck until the screws are fully installed. The neck is secured with “machine” screws unlike any other Strat which uses “wood” screws. The screws need to be hand started while holding the neck to the body with your other hand. Lastly and just as important as everything else said, never ever use a power tool to run the screws home. Use a properly fitting Philips hand held screw driver and bring the screws down gradually in an X pattern to a solidly snug fit. Do not over tighten the screws. I hope you were already aware of everything explained, but in case not .. Note on tremolo bar: It is recommended to always use about 2” of ½” wide plumber’s Teflon tape wrapped around the threads before threading the bar into the block. This will eliminate any looseness and give a slight amount of friction to keep it from swinging wildly. And, will prevent thread wear inside the block.
