A very nice Yamaha FG280 acoustic guitar with an easy action and lovely tone. Action is approx 5mm at 12th fret, and guitar was recently restrung with D'Addario EZ920 Medium Light strings. This instrument was made in Japan between 1972 and 1974, thus in Yamaha's early 1970s heyday, and as such has the so called Green label - although Beige would be nearer the mark! Cosmetically is not perfect; there are a few dinks and scratches which unsurprisingly have accumulated over the years; I have endeavoured to highlight these in the pictures. Cash on collection from south Devon is an option. Failing that I will box and package securely for courier delivery. I also have an early MIJ classical guitar for sale in a separate listing. My other half has informed me that the downsizing of carefully hoarded collections applies to both of us!
