This was the reissue of the original Firebird, and features the original reversed body shape - an absolute beauty! Gibson is the most recognisable and collectable brand when it comes to vintage guitars. This is no exception to the rarity and build-quality of these early Firebirds. There is a bit of buckle rash to the back, as pictured, but nothing significant at all. It is simply a brilliant, used condition 40+ year old guitar. No cracks, breaks or repairs! Originality In our opinion, this is all original apart from the upgraded Bare Knuckle Pickup. However this makes the guitar absolute sing! Summary Overall, this is a very rare and collectable guitar.
