1980's Hofner President Special. This superb President Special is unique. It is finished in a gleaming Cinammon cellulose - a colour Hofner started using 20 years later. So, was this perhaps a colour prototype - a colour that Hofner were experimenting with in the 80's! Fitted with two type 513 blade pickups, it sings and has real punch. Faultless finish, absolutely no dings, scratches or damage.It plays really well with a rich mellow tone and has true Rock, Blues and Jazz capability. Almost like new Definitely a collector's grade guitar but will make a great player's Hofner too!
