1993 Gibson Les Paul Standard 1960's NeckUp for sale is my fantastic Gibson Les Paul Standard in classic Heritage Cherry Sunburst finish, made Memphis on May 18th, 1993. The guitar was originally sold by Jeff Plumphet at the height of the Machine Head music era. I purchased it from Jeff a few years ago at World Guitars. The guitar is in great overall condition with virtually no fret wear and the lovely plain maple top is unmarked. There are a couple of minor marks to be seen on the back but only if you hold the guitar up to the light.
These 90's Gibsons are some of the best produced since the 1950's using some of the best and most stable woods before the Cities restrictions came in to place. Being a 1993 instrument, its fitted with 490R & 498T pickups which give an excellent versatile choice of sounds from grunty rock to glassy smooth jazzy . The neck is straight, there is loads of life in the frets and there are no truss rod issues. It is all-original and comes with its original Gibson USA hard-case.
