ABOUT US: We specialize in high quality, fully-serviced vintage analog synths, keyboards & other used gear.  We're professional dealers as well as musicians.  We know our gear well and treat our customers honestly and respectfully.  We've been on eBay for many years - this is just our new business eBay account.  You can find our old feedback .  Nowadays, we sell most items directly via our website, but occasionally use eBay as well.  Please mark us as a favorite seller and feel free to check us out on the web (just add a dot com to our user name to get there).ABOUT THIS ITEM:Due to the high value of this item and the abundance of scammers and dishonest people out there and people who don't bother to read important stuff before clicking buttons, please read EVERYTHING on this page, email us a little about your interest in this item and wait for our permission to buy before using the buy it now option as we want to be sure this transaction will be a pleasant and successful one for both of us.Like nearly all the high end vintage analog synths we sell, this item has been METICULOUSLY disassembled, cleaned inside and out, FULLY serviced by professionals who’ve been servicing and selling vintage synths for the last 2 decades, and systematically tested multiple times over a long period to ensure it’s working exactly as it should.  No BS.  No ebay surprises.  We are perfectionists and dont cut corners.  Although this instrument came to us in relatively good shape, we want our items to be better than others on the market and paid our tech for over 30 hours of tech time plus parts costs to fully overhaul this unit so it would be clean, working like new again and as reliable as possible for its next owner.  This was a serious investment of time, love, and money, and was definitely worth the effort (and this is reflected in the higher than usual price).  If youre looking for a great sounding example of this model that works just like it should without needing to invest thousands of dollars in tech fees to make it as good as it can possibly be, this one should make you very happy.  This ARP Model 2600 is absolutely beautiful and is likely the best example youll find, since not only is it stunning - its also fully electronically restored. Not other sellers versions of “fully serviced”, which usually means “fixed just enough to be able to sell it", but slaved over for many hours, at great expense to us, just so you get an instrument that’s better and hopefully more reliable than the restWe used the word “minty” in the title. Mint means it is without imperfections, and this is not the case with any used vintage instrument, but it does come as close to mint as we’ve seen an ARP 2600. Please look carefully at the photos and contact us through eBay for a link to more - we took 31 pics but eBay only allows us to post 12. There are 2 of these in regular use at The Synth Sanctuary mind-blowing vintage synth recording studio (http://www.thesynthsanctuary.com).  If this unit doesnt sell fast, theres a good chance itll end up there, so buy it now before its too late. We are also almost done restoring another heavily used early Tonus ARP 2600 that appeared on many famous recordings in the 70s, so keep an eye out on our listings if youre interested in an earlier one thats nowhere near as pretty yet has history. We have also begun restoring these for others, so if you have a 2600 in need of restoration, feel free to contact us as we may be able to help. The shipping calculator here is wrong, as usual.
