Superb example of the highly rated 1980's '57 Vintage Re Issue Stratocaster. During this period the Corona workshop was in its early days of production and staffed mainly by the master craftsmen from Fullerton. During the transition period most Fender standard products were coming out of Japan with the US team producing the more accurate vintage spec. models. This guitar has the slimmer and deeper contours of the Fullerton model but would have been assembled in Corona. Photographs of the neck and under the scratchplate are included below and everything appears to be original. Although there are quite a few bump and dings to the edges the guitar is in very good playing condition with little wear to the frets and board. It comes with the original case and 3-way switch and ash-tray cover and most of the case candy. As well as being a wonderful player this is a very collectible guitar
