For sale: an original and greatly loved example of this wonderful Gibson guitar from 1977.The L6-s was designed by Bill Lawrence and these original examples are incredible sounding and playing instruments.This particular one took ages to find.Nearly all the originals will have to have a completely new refret and pro set up as this one did, but it was worth it, albeit at a cost.It's now incredible and outshines most new gibsons for playability and fantastic tones.From stage to studio, this world class rare instrument should provide you with classic and original tones and can be viewed as a Swiss Army knife for professional guitarists.Everything from 70's Carlos Santana , Peter Green (out of phase is one of the delights of the comprehensive variatone control) and Gary Moore is coveredIt's got a beautiful all original weather crazed finish which looks great, has only one mark on the front (pictured) and is absolutely superb for age.Ive given it a new graphite nut replacing the poorly cut original which greatly adds to the tuning the stability.The rest of the guitar is stock!It plays as new and the electrics are all original and work as they should.The case is also original and is serviceable but needs a new handle.Due to ill health, I'm starting to sell my musical equipment but this is probably my favourite guitar and I'll miss it.It now deserves to be played and admired in a new home.I'm offering it at a fair price and will not swap, haggle or have my time wasted.I'll send anywhere in the UK or Europe.Thanks for your interest.Good luck.
