For sale is my Kapa Continental 1966 Electric Guitar. I've had this guitar for the past 15 years, and have used it lightly, never gigged, just home use. I had the original tuners replaced with Sperzel locking tuners and they work much better than the originals, but I will include the original tuners with the sale since the rest is very much original. Plays & sounds great, very beautiful sounding Hofner made pickups that are original to this model. The neck is straight and very easy to play, it is a fun to play light guitar with a slim neck, feels a little like a fender mustang, but I prefer the way this one sounds. These guitars were made in Maryland by a small builder who would purchase/use some european parts (hofner pickups etc,). This guitar is fully functional, no issues. Has two pickup selector on/off switches, master volume and tone controls. Included is a whammy bar and a fender hard shell case, which works fine, but it does have one broken latch (see photos). Thanks for looking!
