Hi , This is a Gunmetal blue American Standard Fender Stratocaster guitar made in the U.S.A. in 1987 or 1988 . It has a E4 serial number and this serial number was used in 87 and 88 . Two point tremolo , alinco pickups , alder body , Maple neck , micro tilt neck adjust . All original , all genuine Fender . This guitar is in relic condition . It has been played . A few scuffs and a few dents on the front , back and edges with a large paint scuff on the bottom edge and a paint chip on the top edge . Some buckle rash and dents on the back. Truss rod is good , neck is straight , The original nut has been replaced . Some laquer has started to wear on the fret board , plenty of life left in the frets . Nice natually reliced guitar and a pleasure to play . Comes with its original 80's Fender moulded butterfly case . These early eighties Strats are becoming very popular and this one you can take out and play . This Strat was one of the very first American Standards made .
