Electra MPC model x330 electric guitar, with 2 modules hardshell case. The guitar is in good working condition. The pots and switches are a bit scratchy,(this is why I'm selling for less than the current market value).The finish is in excellent shape, has a couple of dings here and there, some marks, and scratches but overall an amazing looking guitar. It sounds great too. Check out the Electra page for more info on these guitars. The pickups sound great without effects, but you still get the option to use the 2 modules included. About the modules. Sound Tank (a wah pedal that usesthe filter with control of sweep with the dedicated pot) They put two shielded cavities in the back of the guitar for two sound modules, plus a space for a 9-volt battery (and a spare!). The humbuckers were hooked up to the Tone Spectrum Circuitry. Replacing the dual tone toggles were two on/off toggles activating either or both sound modules. A master Volume and Tone control ruled the pickups, while each sound module was given its own Volume and Intensity control It requires a bit of dexterity to juggle all this in the middle of a song, but once you get the hang of it you have a remarkable arsenal of sounds at your fingertips! Quite a number of pros endorsed the MPCs, including Peter Frampton, Rick Derringer, and Leslie West. Acoustically the guitar sounds awesome, has a straight neck and there are no issues with the body, there some static when using the toggles and switches the pots are "scratchy". But it's almost 40 years old. The guitar plays and sounds great, I've played a lot of high end les Paul's And for the price difference it's easy to feel and hear the value you get with this guitar and some of the instruments that came out of Japan at this time, That's why Gibson(epiphone)and fender at first sued some the factories, and then later,had them build guitars for them. You can't buy a quality guitar with wood that is aged 40 years from China. Not yet at least, (not to say China isn't producing some good instruments). This guitar oozes cool mojo, in my opinion. Because of problems with buyers in the past, I'm selling this guitar and all items I sell here. As Is With No Returns And No Refunds No matter what is stated. It will be packed carefully and shipped.
