For sale is the holy grail of vintage Fuzz Faces! This pedal is a 1967 original Fuzz Face with the original NKT275 transistors. This unit works perfectly, and sounds absolutely incredible. This is the same type of Fuzz Face Jimi used! It sounds much warmer than any other vintage Fuzz Face I have played, while still delivering the vintage grit you would expect. These rarely come up for sale, do not miss out! This pedal was just serviced. It had one leaking cap and one bad resistor, both of which were replaced with components matched to original specs. The original cap and resistor that came out of the pedal will be included. One of the pots was also replaced with a slotted pot as found in slightly later fuzz faces. The battery terminal, back plate, and knobs were also replaced. One of the original knobs WILL be included. TERMS I only ship to the United States and any country that participates in the Global Shipping Program. If you live anywhere else and have an address in the U.S. I can ship your item to, I would be glad to do that. Payment is due within 4 days of the auction’s close. Exceptions may be granted if I am contacted by the buyer. Otherwise, payment is expected within 4 days of the auction ending or an unpaid item case will be opened. I describe all of my items to the best of my ability, but I (unfortunately) am not perfect. If an item arrives differently than described, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it and BEFORE leaving neutral or negative feedback. I will work with you to make things right.
