For Sale is my 1999 (From researching the serial number that is what I have concluded)Guild Bluesbird, Made in USA! These are pretty rare and also more rare to have a Guild Bluesbird made in the USA. These are great guitars! This guitars are chambered maple bodies so they are like a Les Paul but lighter. This guitar has excellent tone and plays great. The guitar was recently professionally set-up, the neck is straight as an arrow, there are no fall out spots or fretting out whatsoever. All the controls work great, no fuzz or anything from the control knobs. There are 3 spots to mention on the guitar that have 'dings'. There are two spots on the front, right below the bridge. One is a very small ding, and one spot look like a scratch in the clear about a half an inch. One the side of the guitar there are few small dings. These are typical for just about any guitar that is used a played some.These guitars do not have pickguards so you will see some small scratches from picks by the neck pickups.The frets are in very good shape. There is some minor wear from bending on a few but overall the frets are 90%. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being absolutely mint. This guitar is a strong 8.It sounds great and would be a great guitar for someone looking for a Les Paul sound but wanted something that is lighter.
