A very fine silver mounted GERMAN cello bow. The bow is stamped E.SARTORY a PARIS. This is not a Sartory bow: it is an old German stick. It is round and weighs 76.1 gram. With a silver grip the weight will be around 80 gram. Although not a Sartory, it is a very beautiful bow. It comes from the estate of one of the most prominent cellist in the Netherlands in the 20th century SAMUEL BRILL The bow has a very good balance and plays great. I will be away until November 20.
