'59 American Vintage Reissue Fender Stratocaster (AVRI) - Awesome!

Fender AVRI '59 StratocasterHere's a sweet, upscale Stratocaster for you: it's the American Vintage Reissue '59 in Sherwood green metallic finish. This model has a D-shaped neck and 7.5" radius, and 1.650-inch nut width. he guitar has an alder body and a very thin nitro finish that will crack and check quickly to give the guitar a serious vintage vibe. The guitar has been played lightly in a studio environment for a couple of months, once onstage, but it is in excellent condition, with no buckle rash or serious dings. There are a few small dings in the finish as visible in photos: two above the pickguard on the front (1/8 inch across or thereabout) and two on the top edge/side of the body. There are also a few spots of finish checking (by input jack and neck plate), but this is expected given how light the finish really is (you can see the body wood grain under the finish from certain angles). The neck is perfectly straight and the strings are centered perfectly. There are no issues with buzzing or dead spots. The action is comfortable, and the guitar is currently set up with 11's. The stock electronics all work as they should and the sound is what you expect from the classic strat (many people praise the pickups these reissues come with). The whole bridge/vibrato assembly was replaced with a Callaham Vintage S Model Assembly (about $150), and there is a huge improvement in the feel of the term arm, plus an increase in sustain due to the heavier block.
