The Ibanez 2681 Bob Weir Professional is a 6-string 1978 guitar model.
It has a great playing neck with good frets. It's all original and 100% complete including a non-original hardshell case. It looks great with a few minor nicks + dings, chipped edge on one pickup surround, and other minor cosmetic wear including one chipped knob. The guitar itself remains structurally sound with no cracks, breaks, or repairs. All electronics work and sound great.
These were hand made in Japan and this is all original and super rare, the 2681 is a rare enough model as it is but the sunburst is much rarer still, it is rumoured that only 12 of these were ever made in this colour.So Miss this one and wait another 10 years to see another one! It is in good original condition but there are some dinks/knocks and paint chips. No neck breaks however. Pick it up in person and pay cash on the day if you want.
