I built this guitar with a new Fender Tele '72 Reissue Deluxe body and new Fender '72 Reissue Tele Custom neck, custom pickguard, Seymour Duncan '59 in the neck and a Seymour Duncan JB Model at the bridge.I used Bournes pots, Les-Paul Toggle switch, vintage style braided wire and capacitors to wire it up like a '59 Les Paul.This guitar has to be heard to be believed! It is beautiful and sounds like no other Telecaster. It sings, has tone for days and also offers the kind of power you'd expect from two Seymour Duncan specialty Humbuckers.*** I am an electronic engineer who has been working with musicians and in the music industry for over ten years. I build guitars like this to be "released into the wild" because there should be great guitars out there, that have gotten some personal attention from someone who knows what they are doing at a reasonable price.This guitar could be parted out for $800 easy. Comes with the hang tag (with matching serial #s) for the neck and the packaging for the pickups.
