Returns | CABLE RETURN POLICY: Cables must be returned within 30 days in original condition. Returns will only be accepted if items are not as described in the ad's description. All returns must receive a return authorization prior to being sent back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping including insurance. As this is custom built work, a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Please make sure you order exactly what you need. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes in ordering -- even if you have just ordered the wrong length cable/cables.EQUIPMENT RETURN POLICY: 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee -- if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have a couple of options. Option 1 is a return for store credit (minus any shipping costs). Option 2 is a return for money back minus a 20% restocking fee.
