This is not a guitar for the novice player. It is not a toy Fender like all new Fenders. This is a Pro players dream and smokes any Fender Custom Shop guitar on the market today. Fender would rather make profit than deliver you this quality. The Super Stratocaster.1,The Necks are hand selected to be of the finest quality the frets are leveled to be true. Then I add the slipperiest substance on earth, a TUSQ XL Nut to the neck. This will allow the full contact hardware, Babicz full floating tremolo, to operate with ease and stay in tune, even after you crash dive bomb it. Quite incredible for a Strat.
2.  The Hand Wired Electronics using cloth covered Gavett wire (Fender once used this wire however they quit because it cost too much), the David Allen tru 62's pickups are all hand wound and they are hot (these are the same pickups that Joe Knaggs is using in many of his custom built T-1 guitars costing over $6000.00) , Bourne 500 pots with push push selector pots (giving you a 7 way pickup selection, along with with a .047 capacitor to capture the hottest sound available in a Strat today. So you may ask, what does the capacitor do? The guitar capacitor is a high pass filter. It blocks low frequency signal, and allows high frequencies to pass, thus "High Pass". If you've ever opened up a cheap two-way speaker, you'll most likely find a single capacitor in line to the tweeter. This is a first order crossover, and that is what you've got in the guitar. The frequency cutoff is determined by the size of the capacitor. There are other variables like the impedance of the pickups, but for this exercise let's stick to size of capacitance.
As you turn your tone control towards ten, or full on, the resistance between the signal and the capacitor grows, up until the capacitor is no longer in the circuit. So as the circuit is closed, less signal is sent to the capacitor, and less high frequency signal is sent to ground, so your sound becomes progressively brighter. Essentially the capacitor allows high frequency signals through, and grounds them out, just like turning down a treble knob. Fender's mainstay is the .022 micro-farad capacitor. You'll find this size most frequently on any of their wiring diagrams. If you increase the size of the capacitor, you effectively lower the frequency cut off point. As the tone control is lowered, the tone becomes deeper or bassier, because the cutoff point has been lowered. This of course results in lower frequency signals being bled off to ground. As is often the case when dealing with the electric guitar, the sound you want is usually different from what someone else wants. I've used .001uf capacitors up to .0.47uf capacitors in my tone circuits, which is a pretty good range to stay in. The most important thing is to have the correct capacitor that works best with your pickups. You can have your amp turned up really loud and you will hear zero noise when you stop playing this guitar.
2. The body of the guitars were all made of quality hardwoods. Now they throw paint all over the guitars and often the wood below the paint is a poor quality cut. That is why I like to use high quality clear coated swamp ash in my custom builds. It allows you to see the wood through the polyurethane clear coat and you can see the grains of the wood. That proves the quality of the cut. I will give Fender some credit here because they still produce this product and they are fine quality so I will use Fender USA swamp ash clear coated bodies for my custom built guitars. 3. The hardware that Fender uses is very poor quality compared to other specific hardware that is available and we only use best in class components for my custom built guitars. You will never see any Fender hardware on any of our custom ungraded guitars, because it’s pure garbage. 4. Appearance is a factor that is very important and we always dress up our custom built guitars with the most beautiful appointments available to make your instrument stand above the rest. 5. The Case is something that Fender does pretty well so we use Fender tweed cases for all our custom built guitars.6. We have included a photo of the electronics of a 2016 Fender American Elite Stratocaster (Fender top of the line guitar) so you can clearly see how poorly they are made compared to these hand wired Super Strat's. The electronics on Fenders top of the line guitar that they are boasting about in all of their advertising. Has Serious Clutter, Very Cheap Plastic Components, Real Cheap Wiring, They are Just Pure Garbage! See photos for yourself. People are amazed when we buy a brand new 2016 Fender American Elite Stratocaster and rip it apart and remove all the cheap electronics and poorly built hardware, but, once we have finished they clearly understand why it was done. The play ability and sound improves greatly.
7. The Price in comparison to Fender is extremely affordable. If you were able to buy this guitar from Fender Custom Shop (which you can’t) they would expect to pay over $6000.00. Our custom built guitars that are superior to their guitars in every way are only $3995.00. You wont get a Fender COA, but, you will get a professional player guitar that has the absolute best components available in the world today and your sound and ease of play ability will help you sound and perform at your best. 7.
