Offered for your consideration is a very cool mid 70's vintage Gibson Les Paul Deluxe player piece loaded with p-90's pickups. The guitar has no breaks or repairs but the guitar has been refinish and the refin on the gold top which actually has a nice patina. It has some lacquer checkering and some of the gold in the lower bout where the forearm rest has turned a cool greenish tint See pics). The neck is a 3 piece maple with rosewood fretboard, it is straight and truss rod works with original serial number left on back of headstock(See pics) and original Les Paul silkscreen on front side original which is a little cloudy see pics. It weight on my uncalibrated bath scale is 9 lbs. 14 oz.. It is loaded with p-90's which in my opinion sound great and has braided wire but manufacture unknown with replacement pots and 3 way switch. If I remember right the neck read 8.0 ohms and bridge around 14 ohms but that's from memory. The neck has been refretted professionally and has a long life ahead of it with low action and no buzzing. All the binding is original and has a hue of patina. Currently set up with 10-46.Bridge and stop tail piece are replacement but serve the guitar well. It comes with a aftermarket hardshell case. All in all a very cool old Gibson which is a player and old wood that has been refinish . Original to the guitar appear to be the an old refin to body and neck , tuners, switch plate, back covers, truss rod cover, and strap buttons. In my opinion over the years other parts have been changed to which it rests in its current state.
