This is a stunning Music Man Silhouette Special in the latest Premier Dealer Network run of instruments, the Vintage Tobacco Burst. The Vintage Tobacco colour package features Alder bodies finished in a custom Vintage Tobacco Burst finish. The package also includes tinted, figured Maple neck and optional matching headstocks. We have the only one of these guitars to have been ordered in to the UK so this is a very rare and exclusive instrument. Music Man Silhouette Special HSS 2015 PDN Vintage Tobacco Burst, Tinted Maple with Matching Headstock The Silo Special with HSS pickup configuration is a favourite MusicMan model of ours. That's why we chose to spec this latest PDN run with a matching headstock and Maple fingerboard. We've really lucked out with the figuring of the wood on this guitar. The Alder body shows plenty of interesting grain and is so well joined that it looks to be one piece. The tinted Maple neck has a beautiful wide flame across the back, headstock and fingerboard. It looks like a tigers stripes! The way Music Man have tinted the Maple shows the figuring off very nicely. The neck is finished with Music Man's famous gunstock oil and hand-rubbed special wax blend. Smooth as silk! This Vintage Tobacco Burst colour on the body and matching headstock has never been done before. It's a very narrow burst going from black at the edges to a vintage tint in the middle. It really does look fantastic!The HSS configuration gives you a DiMarzio virtual PAF in the bridge and two DiMarzio custom single coils. The Silhouette Special also features the exclusive patented Music Man Silent Circuit which eliminates single coil hum. The Music Man vintage tremolo is a joy to use and tuning is kept very stable thanks to the Schaller M6-IND locking tuners.This Music Man Silhouette Special HSS 2015 PDN Vintage Tobacco Burst with matching headstock comes set-up to perfection with deluxe Music Man hard case included.
