Description: With a slim body and a thick sound, the SRSC805 continues the Ibanez tradition of building top-notch modern basses with excellent versatility. Its trim body is a combination of mahogany wings and a gorgeously-figured poplar burl top, all with perfectly round edges. It features a scooped back contour behind the connected upper bout so transitioning from the 12th fret into the upper registers goes unhindered. The neck is similarly slim with a low-friction satin finish that ensures maximum playability from the nut up to the last fret. Plus, between the Bartolini pickups and the built-in 3-band EQ, players can span a wide range of tone from low-end rumble to perfect mid-range pop, making this bass exceptionally versatile.
