I'm selling my DeArmond X-145. If you are looking at this then you probably already know what DeArmond guitars are. If not, then use your preferred internet search engine and look 'em up already. They are high-quality Korean-made guitars that were produced for just a few years from about 1999 to about 2001, and they were all variations on classic Guild guitars of the 1950s and 1960s. This is my second one but it won't be the last. I had a semi-hollow Starfire IV that I wish I'd kept. The X-145 is based on a Guild X-175 Manhattan. It features maple laminate top, back, and sides. Fully hollow body, bound arched top and back, dot markers, floating bridge. Dimensions are about 17" lower bout, 21" body length, 3" depth, and 24 3/4" scale length. I'm the second owner of this beautiful guitar. The original owner had the DeArmond pickups replaced by Gibson '57 Humbuckers and they make for a really unique tonal quality in this instrument. Sounds dreamy. I replaced the control knobs with these awesome gold ones that are much better suited to the guitar. No dings or scratches. Usual play wear expected from a guitar of this age. It has been cared for and treated lovingly. Comes with TKL hardshell case and shipped in large cardboard box (exactly how it was shipped to me). FREE SHIPPING to any one of the forty-eight contiguous continental United States. Any questions, please via eBay eMail.
