Vintage 1991 Fender American Standard Stratocaster!!
Vintage 1991 Fender American Standard Stratocaster in great condition, made in USA. This 25 year old beauty is in excellent playing condition and shows a lot of dings, scratches and signs of use. The burgundy or "midnight wine" finish is original with a cool honest relic, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard and I think its an alder body. Medium jumbo frets were leveled and polished for great action, tone and playability. It's been set up with D'Addario 9.5s with the action and intonation dialed in, so this is gig ready upon arrival. There are some dings and a great deal of wear on the back and edges of the neck with plenty of dings, chips and finish imperfections all over the body, very nicely broken in. The tremolo has been set up with 5 springs to basically lock it down for more sustain and better tuning stability. The frets still show a little wear and it plays smoothly and rings like a bell up and down the neck with great low action. It has a wonderful medium thin neck that is very comfortable and smooth. The original pickups and electronics sound great with no issues. She weighs in just under 7 pounds, so she's nice and light. This is a sweet strat! There is no case or tremolo arm included.
