1982 Fender 1952 reissue. All original except the pickguard and the body paint. When I bought it, the owner told me it was redone with re-ranch copper paint. So now it's a copper caster! The pickguard holes have been filled several times and there is a gash towards the top off the pickguard on the body. No body routes other than the originals. Frets in good shape with only slight indents. In fact they are more like rubs. Neck is straight and the truss rod works great. It was done by Herb Gastellum. One of Fender's best neck guys. It never bothered me with the body paint, because once I played it I was floored. I actually got compliments on the color. It really is a phenomenal guitar. This was my number one for a long time until I bought vintage guitars. I have owned 3 of these early eighties reissues and this was the best one. They were built on the old 50's machines in the old Fullerton plant. The original three saddle bridge is gone. This one is the original 6 saddle that came with it. Fender included the 6 saddle to have better intonation. It intonates great and sounds great with this bridge. All electronics are original with 1982 pots. Comes with the original 1982 tweed case. Any questions let me know. I will be happy to answer. Thanks
