1965 Pre CBS "L plate" Fender Musicmaster / Mustang conversion - LAST REDUCTION

Please note due to several questions - this is a 24" scale guitar NOT 22.5" as some are!Video now added to youtube - search "Pre CBS musicmaster / mustang conversion" sound not A1 as using the Mac's webcam - image is therefore reversed GUITAR IS RIGHT HANDED!!1965 "L' plate Pre - CBS Musicmaster (converted to a Duosonic / Mustang)Lovely B********* Rosewood fingerboard which has had a recent (ish) re-fret so very playable and dead straight!Bridge pick-up is custom wound from Mojo pick-ups with a period correct cover.Electrics are crackle free and the guitar plays exactly as it should! There are numerous signs of wear including various dings, chips and crazing of the once white finish which has aged into a beautiful ivory / yellow colour - However, the edges of the fingerboard are "ding free" which is most unusual for a guitar of this age.It's solid, it plays well with a very low action, it sounds great and it has all the "Pre - CBS mojo" - the case appears to be of a similar age but I cannot verify this!The great majority of Ebayer's are jolly decent folk - However, there are a small minority that like to "get their screwdrivers out" and components do occasionally wander!! It is for this reason that I am not offering returns on this vintage instrument. Please satisfy yourself BEFORE you buy - I am more than happy to answer questions and do not claim to be perfect so I may have listed some incorrect information. If this is the case PLEASE let me know - I don't bite!Your guitar will be delivered via a 24 hour carrier but UK ZONE 1 ONLY for the freepost option - I may ship elsewhere at a cost so please ask!There is an AC/30 here should you wish to have a coffee and give her a blast!Oh and finally, I do not ship on a Friday - This is to prevent the guitar hanging around in a freight depot for the weekend!Thanks for looking!!
