POSTAGE AVAILABLE AUSTRALIA WIDE !!! ---PLEASE SEE OTHER LISTINGS FOR MORE GUITAR AND BASS GEAR--- 2010-11, Made In Japan, “U” serial US Blonde (Mary Kaye) factory finish This is one of the most desired “blondes” on the market. It a semi transparent gloss finish were you can still see the ash body wood grain. Brand new three ply black pickguard Ashwood body, 7.25” board, vintage frets Maple one piece neck, maple fretboard Gotoh tuners, F scroll neck plate, 3 saddle bridge Bridge position pickup cavity and ashtray bridge has been routed for standard a standard sized humbucker. The humbucker installed is a Fender JPN dragster humbucker. BIG sounds from such a sweet and innocent looking Telecaster! The fret board has been cleaned and polished, frets buffed to a high shine, restrung with 10-46’s strings, action set and adjusted – nice an low at 1.2mm at the 12th fret. Full electronics rebuild and upgrade The following work has been performed….. -CTS 500k volume and tone pots -Switchcraft input jack-Oak Grigsby 3 way switch -22 gauge, waxed braided, vintage cloth wiring-Sprague .047mfd orange drop tone capacitor-All cavities, pickguard, and control plate copper shielded-Fender Dragster Humbucker pickup - bridge position Full copper shielding being installed makes this machine SILENT! Even at high amp volumes it is 99% buzz and hum freeThe wiring has perfect grounding and has been COMPLETELY replaced all the way back to the copper winding on each of the pickups. In near mint condition with very few/light marking Includes the original Fender Gig Case EVERY INSTRUMENT IS UNIQUE WITH ITS OWN PERSONALITY AND CONDITION. Detailed photos are provided with an honest description of the items condition. (For local pickup you are more than welcome to play through any amplifier and instrument in the studio to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.)
