Rare, all original Yamaha Mike Stern Signature 1511MS one of the early original models serial number 8FL2189. I am the original owner and was lucky enough to receive this from Yamaha for a high profile gig I was doing at the time. They sent me a handpicked one! Featuring a swamp ash body, unfinished neck, Seymour Duncan Hot Rails and '59 pickups and standard 3-way switch. At approximately 4kg this guitar has a toneful weight without being too heavy, is stunning and has been my go to guitar for 15 years so is well played in. All of the relic'ing is real! I had the control plate switched and the wiring reversed to allow access to volume for swells etc. Far better positioning now. Comes with original Yamaha embossed Hiscox case and total guitar 'Guitar of the year' Tag for your investment purposes.
