| | Ibanez Omar! Description You're looking at a rare little guitar, the Ibanez Omar Rodriguez ORM-1, the signature guitar for The Mars Volta frontman. He's a small guy, and this is a smaller scale guitar. Feels very good in the hands. Nice wide 24" scale neck with cool block inlays. Ibanez "tulip" headstock with '70s vintage Ibanez logo looks great. The single-coil sized humbucker is high output and screams. I love the Gibraltar III bridge on these too. Full mahogany body and neck and string-thru body design make for a tone machine. I think these were a very little-known guitar and not enough were produced. If you like a little smaller, lighter guitar, you'll love this. Looks like no other guitar out there. Offset body with the two separate pickguard pieces and cool staggered string holes on the back. It really stands out on stage. This guitar has some minor wear noted in pictures. Some minor discoloration on a couple edges. The guitar will come to you fully cleaned, set up and intonated with new strings and ready to play. No case. Thanks for looking!
