This Instrument is a Deluxe F Model with a Cremona brown sunburst finish and gold plated hardware. The elaborate torch peghead overlay is ebony with abalone, pearl and gold wire inlay. The sides and back are flamed maple, and the top is solid carved Adirondack Spruce. The instrument is in pristine condition. The spruce top of this mandolin was damaged in the 1990's and subsequently replaced with older better wood by Michael Kemnitzer in 2000. The repair is completely undetectable. I had the extended fingerboard scooped by Mike Stephens of "Woodsongs" here in Boulder CO. Comes with a white Calton case . Buyer pays shipping and insurance.
