1979 Late model Fender Rhodes Mark I suitcase for sale. Internally restored. The outside has seen use but in really good shape. It was made on the 22nd week of 1979. It's one of the last Mark I's made. Here's a list of the restorations:1. Keys eased
2. Keys leveled.
3. Internal case and keys cleaned
4. Keys regulated
5. Hammer tips replaced
6. All Felts replaced
7. Tone bars conditioned
8. Tines conditioned
9. Tines tuned
10. Pre-amp and amp serviced.
11. All tone bar springs and screws replaced if corrosion found
12. RCA jack replaced
13. Sustian pedal adjusted.
14. New Power amp cable ($56)
15. The top, keys and front face are immaculate.Few Notes:
The exterior shows some wear. The front grill has a small hole in it. Some of the chrome hardware has been restored with new hardware. This Rhodes has been lovingly restored from the inside. While the outside is now ready for restoration, the sound is awesome. Some of the lower tines, while some may think need replacing, I've found have a sound that is very desirable amongst many rock players. The vibrato works amazing, and the volume you get out of this late model Rhodes is very impressive. Competes with even the loudest guitar players on stage.Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
