HARMONY ROCKET, 1968. Made in the USA. Purchased in Louisville, Kentucky, 2011.Plays smooth, solid action, no set up needed. Strung with 11s currently. Neck is straight and there's no buzz. When playing without amplification, sometimes you can hear the pick guard vibrate (but not the strings themselves).Has a great bluesy tone and can get good bass-heavy crunch or feedback when wanted (think White Stripes). Also plays great clean, and has a nice acoustic sound even when un-amplified.Has some hardly noticeable scratches and dings (standard for a guitar of this age) but generally is in immaculate condition. The action is solid and the guitar is perfectly playable, with no set up required. A solid axe, super-cool looking, and ready to gig today. Didn't have a case when I got it, but these guitars had cases that were flimsy junk anyway. A Gibson 335 case would fit it perfectly. Will be CAREFULLY shipped and insured. No returns, sorry.
