1988 G&L ASAT. Relisting from earlier, thanks to a fellow ebayer who let me know the guitar and pickguard are *not* the original color (That was news to me, as the guy who I bought it from a year ago swore it was original. Buyer beware, I guess. Sorry for any confusion. I take eBay karma seriously and try to be as descriptive as I can). Anyway, the refin is definitely a pro job, very smooth and even. Color is a blue sparkle. Rest of guitar appears all original. Overall in very good condition. (Any white spots you see are light reflections, sorry). Some very small marks and swirling on the pickguard, but nothing very noticeable, other than a small ding at the 8th feet (pictured). It's not really a divot, looks like some of the fretboard clear coat came off. You can feel it just a little, but doesn't affect playability at all. Frets are in good condition with plenty of life left. The MFD pickups have great tone, and can go from Tele squawk to crunchy bite. Headstock features Leo Fender signature on front. Hardware is black. Weighs in at 7.3 lbs on my digital scale, light and comfortable. Comes with non-original HSC in good shape with all latches working. If you aren't already familiar with these 80s ASATs, Google them to learn about their quality and playability. Don't want to let this go, but my bills gotta be paid.
