1985 Rickenbacker 325/12 12-String '64 Reissue made in a small batch for its Japanese Distributor ! Gorgeous Jetglo (Black) finish, 1 of the 1st 3/4 scale 325’s having “NO” F-hole in its top, she has 3 Toaster Reissue pickups & a pair of White pickgards, it even has a set of the cool Black knobs, original style Kluson 12-string tuners, this is an example of the ultra rare 1 of approximate 25 produced very Limited Run of the famed John Lennon '64 model 325/12 (only 1 original ever produced in 1964 to Lennon's specs) made for the Japanese Rickenbacker market, we have had only 1 of these ever thru our shop & welcomed this with open arms as these were made 5 years before his famous Signature model 355JL Reissues of 1990 which were all made on the longer scale 355 & not available on the short scale 325 model, other than having 4 small holes around its original tailpiece from the use of a reissue flat tailpiece, she is 100% original & near mint in all respects, it comes with its original black hard case.
