1990 or 1991 M Bernard Electric Guitar made in the USA with hard shell case.Custom graphic finish!  Floyd Rose Original TremDimarzio pickupsKahler Locking nutGrover mini tunersMahogany bodymaple 24 fret neck with ebony fretboard with no fretboard markersSerial number shows 086 (the info I have is that is out of a max of about 350)Does not include the Floyd Rose tremolo arm or one of the Kahler locking nuts - the guitar will come as pictured (no whammy bar and missing one locking nut & screw)I'm not going to go to the trouble of explaining the history of the M Bernard guitars.  There is a Wiki page for them as well as numerous forums that provide plenty of pretty consistent info on these guitars.  Just know that these guitar are essentially top shelf BC Rich Assassin or STiii style electric guitars with some very nice tweaks like DiMarzio pickups in the bridge and neck position, Floyd Rose Original Tremolo, Kahler locking nut, Grover mini tuners, Ebony fretboard and really cool body shape allowing more access to the higher frets of the 24 fret fretboard than its B.C. Rich brethren.  These guitars were made in the USA with top shelf parts including a mahogany body.  I LOVE the way the neck feels on this guitar.  The finish is very cool and unique - particularly for the time period.  The guitar is setup really well with incredible action.  The action is effortlessly low, but with no fret buzz or fret outs.  The tremolo is currently set up with a wood block held in place with friction only.  I am glad to change the set up to float for you if you would prefer that at no extra charge.  The string length intonation is spot on as well, so chords play in tune in any position on the neck.  Zero issues with the electronics (as described above).  The neck is straight, not bowed or twisted or any nonsense like that.  The nut has been shimmed for correct height. The Kahler lock nut is missing one locking lug and screw, and I just didn't have any extra Kahler parts laying around, only Floyd nut parts.  I thought it was unusual that the bridge is a Floyd Rose and the nut is a Kahler, but apparently almost all of these were built this way.  There are some deep scratches on the back of the body - and I don't mean belt buckle rash - I mean, scratches.  These scratches are not through the finish into the wood, so its possible that would buff out, but they are pretty ugly.  There are also about a half dozen "filled" chips.  In other words, there are chips that have been spot drop filled with black paint in about 6 or 7 places.  None of them huge or offensive.  The finish on the front of the body looks pretty good.  There are some "dimples" in the finish on the front - meaning, impressions, but not chips or scratches.  So, the guitar presents itself REALLY well from about 6 feet away. I'm starting here with the price because this is a "Best Offer" listing.  Don't be shy.  Make me an offer.  You may be surprised at what I will accept. I'm open to offers and even possibly trades (particularly on saxophones), but please keep the offers fair and reasonable. Any other questions about the guitar, please just send me a message and I'll be glad to send any additional pics you'd like to see or answer any other questions about the guitar.   It is INCREDIBLY fun to play. Buy with confidence from a reputable seller with a 30-day money back return policy. The guitar includes a molded plastic hard shell case (I don't think it is original) and will be packed bullet proof for safe delivery to you.  The guitar fits excellently in this case with no sloppy movement and no pressure on the back of the headstock, but the case is nothing special.  Says "made in the USA" on a label inside the case. International Buyers are welcome. Thanks for looking!
